How much is shipping?

Shipping is always free for orders above 25 US dollars. We charge a Standard Shipping Fee of $5.95 for orders under 25 US dollars.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product you ordered, as well as where you live. Most orders will arrive in about 2-6 weeks. Because we ship all over the world, factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. As we are not the shipping provider we cannot give an exact delivery date but rest assured, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and got you covered if your package becomes lost in transit. If a package has not been delivered in 60 days from being shipped it will then be deemed as lost in transit. Please contact us then and we will quickly re-send your package free of charge.

Can I have a tracking number?

Most of our products are delivered using a tracking code. Some smaller items are not available with tracking #s. Those smaller items will be given a semi tracking # that will stop updating once it leaves our Customs and is shipped internationally. Regardless of whether a tracking code is available for your specific order, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. That means no risk. We have you completely covered.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately as to keep the total perceived value of the order low, thus avoiding any extra duty or sales taxes added by your local Customs. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you. (Please note: It's possible that our email response to you could end up in your spam folder. Please be sure to check if you're expecting a reply from us.)

What is your refund policy?

We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience. Please refer to our complete refund policy on our website for complete details. We do not issue refunds on orders that are not delivered. We will quickly resend orders that are lost in transit.

Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund?

Due to the fact that our orders are processed automatically with our system software, we are unable to cancel or refund on orders once they’re placed. 

What if my product is damaged or defective?  

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged please contact us immediately and we will quickly re-send your item.

Why is the Post Office charging me extra?

We do our best to send products in such a way and at a cost low enough so they do not incur extra taxes or customs charges in your country. However, we send products all over the world and couldn't possibly predict the applications in every country that we send to. For this reason, once the package has reached its destination, we consider it the responsibility of the customer to make sure they comply with extra charges in their country when picking up their packages. When failure to comply with your government's extra charges results in your package being returned to sender, we will resend your package for the cost of shipping. If you were treated unfairly by your postal delivery service (ie. package returned without your knowledge) then this is an issue you will need to take up with your Postal Service.
